Check out our new classes below that have been added to your member area this week. We have lots of variety so whether you are looking to revisit the basics, combat poor posture, increase your heart rate or simply stretch and relax, you will find the perfect workout for you!

Beginners #14: This mat workout for beginners and improvers, starts by finding your neutral spine in supine (on your back).
Anna revisits the 3 directions of spinal movement and builds up to the single leg stretch, one leg circle, double leg stretch, roll up, introduces the neck pull and finishes with some swimming.

All levels #28 The posterior chain: If you spend a lot of your day sitting, this class from Christine is the remedy you need. She begins by explaining which muscles make up your posterior or back body, and then spends the entire workout focusing on conditioning these areas to combat poor posture.
