Introducing New Flexibility and Mobility Category

We are excited to let you know that we will now be offering you an additional flexibility and mobility class every week as part of your membership. These classes will aim to increase the range of movement in both your spine and joints, whilst stretching your muscles to help improve suppleness and flexibility. There are many benefits from improving flexibility such as better posture and balance, injury prevention and in many cases, a reduction in pain or discomfort.
Members will find these classes in the ‘videos’ section of their membership or can simply click here to access them.
Don’t worry if you are not yet a member but are wishing to try our classes – non-members can currently sign up for a 14 day trial by following this link.
