Pilates Daily Fix – 21 Day Challenge

Research states that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So, why not take part in our free ”Pilates Daily Fix – 21 Day Challenge”. Starting on Monday 12th April, the challenge involves each participant completing a Pilates session every day between 12th April – 2nd May. During each day of the challenge, Pilates Scotland will supply participants with a 10 minute, on demand class, which can be enjoyed any time, anywhere. The classes are designed for all levels of fitness with a variety of options and modifications, so, you can be confident that the challenge is right for you.
Practicing Pilates daily has many benefits including:

  • Encourages good posture and alignment
  • Injury prevention
  • Reduces aches and pains
  • Increases mobility and range of movement
  • Reduces stiffness
  • Boosts energy levels
